No real alternative to a full PCV replacement. Do it right.

Thx for the clear-cut evaluation!
If you were me: could you drop the sump and cleaning of the pick-up tube and screen?

First maintenance job has done: oil and filter change.
Good news:
- no sludge at the bottom of the oil filter house
- bottom of the engine at the filer house clean as well - only some minor varnish
- oil filter element had no metal/plastic/burnt particles on it
- outflowing oil (semi-synthetic 10W40) was much brownish like black
Some photos:

In response to the question about dropping the sump to clean the oil pick up pipe screen; depending on miles done this is an important job on whiteblock engines.
The o ring seals on the sump can split and cause lower oil pressure than ideal. There is no warning that this is happening on post 99 cars as the tappets are solid with shims. On earlier cars the tappets would become noisy upon startup being hydraulic.
A genuine sump o ring set costs under $20 and is an afternoon of work. All you need is anaerobic sealant for the sump.
Also as a matter of course replace transmission fuid with a good JWS-3309 rated fluid in a succession of drain and fills (each being about 3.5 litres) Because this method mixes old and new fluids it's suggested that at least 3 drains are done or more of them if fluid is particularly dark. To refill ALWAYS use the dipstick hole NOT any other bolts on top of transmission.

Thank you, Mike!
When I was under the car some photos done. Everything looks good, only exception is the turbo: oil drop. The plastic splashguard was not oily, only some dirt on it.
Do I start to worry & turbo refurbishment essential?
Ludwick has 200K miles, properly maintened by VOLVO mechanic before myself. I asked him about what I do in the upcoming period, but he only mentioned me the periodic oil (max. 6K miles) and all filter changes and A/T tranny oil change around every 50K miles.

My wife's XC70 2002 has over 300,000kms and I worry about o ring seals because I have taken sumps off whiteblocks with lower mileage and found cracked o rings.
If you want to put your mind at ease either borrow an oil pressure guage or perform the o ring replacement.
As far as cooling system is concerned personally I would replace all cooling system hoses at this mileage including heater hoses.
