1999 V70 Alarm install

Viper system is much too expensive, I don't really need anything else other than the horn in the engine bay right now. Most of the cars in the junkyard don't have the ultrasonic sensors, not sure about the incline sensors though. A dealership quoted me about $225 US for the software I need programmed to the car to make it work. The information I need now is the location of the backup siren and the incline sensor. Also, I think there is a relay to cut out the starter, anyone have a part number for that?
