BINGO.... I noticed a ground close under the coil and cleaned it and it fired up. ABS light is on. Was off at first and came on. But all else is good. Sounds nice to hear it go. Very smooth. I can't drive it though. Valve cover sounds noisy and I am low on oil. The 5 qt container was not enough I guess. I forgot evidently to buy an extra qt. Question... Since it is rebuilt, and freezing outside... was it a wrong move to put 5-30 weight oil in it? I have not yet driven it or revved it up. I just let it warm up a few minutes to feel heat inside the car which is fast in a Volvo and shut it off. So this is very good. Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I will use a hair drier to warm up the wiring harness under that relay on top... and clean the wires and tape them up. They all have a bare spot in a straight line from bending down and around - rubbing on the fan shroud. Thank you everyone. 8)

Don't run the car with a quart and a half missing from the engine. My last oil change saw 6,3 liters of oil going in.
I'm using 5-40 synth, but that's just what I prefer. :)

Thank you Sommerfeldt . The car is sitting. After all the time it has taken to get this far.. I am not going to ruin it. I ran it a few minutes and didn't rev it. Oil light was off. Feeling good about it. Tomorrow I will be where I can buy more oil. I always ran Mobil 1 in this car for years. This time, because I knew the oil change would be sooner, I used Quaker State 5-30 synthetic blend. I think oil technology has really improved over the years so engines will get better mileage. My 2013 Subaru uses 0-20 and it can get over 40 at 60mph with AC off. 36 is average. I wonder what this will get with new rings?
