It is a good idea to change the fluid at this point. It is not that expensive, and it will help extend the transmission life - if it doesn't have already a mechanical issue. For marketing reasons, a few car makers stated they put no servicing transmissions in their vehicles. Sadly, that caused many issues at higher miles. So a fluid change should be mandatory, every 40k miles or so. Side note, fluid flush should be avoided at all cost, as opposed to gradual fluid change.
Also inspect the engine mounts. They are known to wear and may play a role in the described behavior.
As someone else said, for a car over 60k miles it is a good idea to find a local non dealer garage that specializes on imports. Such a mechanic, if it's trustful and knowledgeable equals thousands of dollars in savings.
