So it sounds like as long as all the parts are in place it would be fairly difficult to determine if an SAS delete has been performed. So it's not likely to get caught at the local smog certification station. If I should have any friends consider doing this to their car perhaps a judgmental look combined with the stink eye treatment will be enough to thwart such an environmental catastrophe.
