I tried. There is no room for #13 to come out. I will try it again tomorrow morning.

There has to be a tool that I can put under #13 and hit it from the bottom.

It is in such a narrow space.

Lower part of the shaft has a cut through it. Try to put a good screwdriver in there twist a little. If you will be able to spread it a little, it will go

If you decide to try to lube and work the steering around to see if it frees up jack the front end up first. much easier with the tires off the ground
