Weird, I posted a reply to this earlier and it has disappeared!
Anyway as Russ has suggested, I ended up trying an Energy Suspension bush with built in grease points but it was no better than the IPD new bushes you have shown in the original post, although I know some folks who had problems with the IPD bushes did have good luck with them.
I have owned vehicles from as far back as a 1955 Morris Minor 800cc which had grease points for suspension, also my Volvos of the 60's and some of the early 70's also had some grease points so I have been there and done that. But my view in life is why do something if it is not necessary?
Russ I think it was who modified the IPD bushes to include a grease nipple to allow for regular maintenance. As without this option you have to remove the bushes to get the grease in and in theory you have to drop the rear of the sub-frame to access the rear bush bolts and re-torque. I didn't and used a ring wrench to get to the rear bolt and manually torque it. This is not ideal, but would have been at least as tight as the torque setting it needs.
I think eve Volvo used to supply replacement bushes, but the same issue applied in that they didn't last very long.
This is one of those point were it is each to your own, or whatever works for you.
Good luck!
Neil.
