I actually ran into the exact same issue and posted about it on another Volvo forum. That's good to know of a size difference regarding the HD option.

Oh man, so bushings are either too thick (like mine) or too thin (like yours)? Why does this feel like a weird variation of Goldilocks and the Three Bears! I just want one that feels right! I'm thinking the thing to do when ordering a bushing is to order two or more and know that you're going to have to send some back. Lesson learned.
