Few updates...
A baseball cap is now an interior equipment -- driver's aid. The headliner fabric sag spreads over both front seats.
It is close to six month since switched over to Pennzoil 10W40 Euro. It still burns away oil, but it is a very calm engine -- or is it just the mature engine with 160,000 miles? The oil and filter change is a yearly event after the switch.
After replacing the coolant tank, level, and cap last weekend, ALL heating and cooling parts (radiator-to-heat exchanger) are Volvo/Behr, and were replaced within 50,000 miles.
Both our Volvo cars are delightful to drive. Thank you MVS!
