Ah, Thanks! My cruise control worked the last time I used it and I speculated I must have knocked that loose with looking at the leak at the purge valve. So it must haven't had anything to do with the stall and was just caused by me knocking it off.

The vent hose that was disconnected near the subframe is an emission hose from the purge valve going back to the fuel tank.

That's what I thought but I couldn't remember where I followed it to. My EVAP theory led me to two major leaks. The cruise control was most likely my doing while inspecting the purge valve because like i said it worked before. I think these major leaks caused the original stall. This makes sense right? The pump and MAF should be here today or tomorrow. Maybe it was a bit of two problems. A slowly failing fuel pump and these major leaks that probably happened when I filled the tank to full. Like I said I had been suspicious of a small fuel issue now going on 8 months or so. Maybe it was just this EVAP issue along side a dying pump.

That evap leak did not cause the car to stall.

Fuel pump was making noise and starting the car but dead as you all expected. Now lets see how long this hella pump lasts. I popped one disconnect off with a prybar the other I used screw drivers. The install of the non standard pump felt odd everything just was off a bit but it seems to work great so far after only a few short drives.
