DIY: 1998 S70 GLT AC Pulley Bearing (also Alternator and PS Pump) procedure

For those who don't want to replace the bearing (if you plan on getting rid of the car in 1-2 years), there is a FREE fix.

Once the AC Pulley is out of the car, gently lift the seal all around and remove the seal.
Clean old grease, then press new HD grease in.
Gently tap the seal back in, making sure the seal lip sits properly and not folded over.
This (regreasing) should give you another 30K-40K as long as there bearing only has slight play (and not excessive play).
