Thank you for the offer, much appreciated. I guess I have to dig up a diagram that gives me part numbers and go from there.scot850 wrote: ↑14 Sep 2017, 10:57 If you are planning on replacing the bushes, there is one that is no longer available, and others can be a long wait. Some parts took over 5 months to get here on back order from Volvo. So I would plan ahead and if you need any help feel free to PM me and I will help where I can.

PM me your direct e-mail and I will find my excel spreadsheet which I should still have. IT breaks down the parts I used into the various functions and then you can customise it for your own project. You will need to check some of the parts like fuel system/pipes/brakes and emissions as 98 are different to 2000 in several areas.

That reminds me I need to take out the large O-rings from between the front/rear position subframe mounts on mine before winter. I had a persistent knocking over potholes etc from the front suspension. It took me awhile to determine it was bad aftermarket LCAs (they were new so I was tending to rule them out). In the meantime I had tried installing the large O-rings per TSB 130664. Though that TSB doesn't specifically apply to an '06 S60 I was at my wits end and tried it anyway. They transfer a lot of noise into the chassis and need to go.
