What makes these Brake Booster Vacuum Ejectors go bad?

I'd guess it's a pressure detecting valve which wears (effecting sealing capacity) or breaks (spring).

In my case it was me putting too much leverage on it while disconnecting a hose and causing the fitting to crack off.

Luckily the one at the junkyard slid right off, no leverage required.

Yeh lots of P2 volvos, Holland stacks them 2 high but the frontloader guy will place cars on a steel stand if you need to pull exhaust parts.
A 2 wheeler is handy to drag tools around with bungeed to cart parts out.

I'll have to visit that place in Salem and Billerica. I used to go to Winchendon, Shirley and Ayer to go to junkyards. They're part of the Greenleaf Companies (LKQ) now. NH pretty much banned or made it extremely difficult to run a parts yard. All my old favorites are now gone. Only one left in the area I know of is in New Ipswich, NH although there are some up north.
