What brand is the MAF? Were there any at the junkyard?

It's a used oem Bosch MAF i bought on eBay sometime last year before this thing was running right at all, it was throwing a code for it with my old one so I replaced it with a used oem unit, got rid of the code but Ive been idling high since I got it on the road. There was one that I know of at the junkyard that I took off the air box I got because I assumed mine was good. I guess i could pick up a can of cleaner and try that before spending more money on another.
