Save your money and don't buy that muffler system it is junk. P.O. of my 'R' fitted this and it holed really quickly on the mufflers. See if you can find one made in real stainless steel T304. The stuff they used is no better than mild steel.

I would agree with Neil that this is made out of "cheap" stainless steel. However, if you live in southern climates of the US, the corrosion issue is probably not a big deal. This system would probably hold up just fine if it is never exposed to road salt and brine. It's the only one available to my knowledge, which means the only other option would be to get one custom made, which is much more expensive.
The 2000 V70R had a nice dual exhaust system from the factory, but it is unfortunately NLA.

There are other options but mostly in Europe. I spoke to a custom shop nearby and they felt they could make a better system in T304 for lass than a new one of those. When time allows I will explore that further. Either way, good luck with the sale, it is really a lovely car.

That V70XC is gorgeous!! How could you sell her after all the blood, sweat and tears you put into her? My '98 V70XC is really clean with a 120k on the odometer but your '98 looks brand new. GLWS.
