The easy thing to try is new tires (if you have a spare set). I have a set of Michelin 235/45/17s that are tracking groves and generally make the car feel 'nervous'. When I put the Continental DWS back on, 225/45/17, the car is on rails and totally stable.
This is AFTER doing all the suspension (LCA, ball joints, inner/outer tie rod ends, sway bar links, etc.).

Also, and the other suggestions are much more likely, but check that your tires are not over inflated.
