Update. I have moved both of my AT cars to Valvoline Maxlife SYN for 5 years now with good performance. I typically do a drain amd fill once a year/two years depending on mileage via Gibbons method - pop top hose, pump out ca. 3 liters hot fluid, top off and then dipstick to correct level per manual
