Good luck, It shouldn't be hard to do. Just take pictures to remember where everything goes and you should be fine. Where did you find the kit? Just interested if there is a parts store I don't know yet.

I also had a 440 once, but it pretty much rusted to death. :roll:

There is NO honeycomb flametrap on 10V 5 cylinder engines. They run a similar setup to the 20 valvers

There is this Dutch OEM Volvo-parts supllier called Parts4Swedes. I contaced them with the VIN number of my S70 and they replied within the hour with the correct pcv-kit. I need to order some tools before doing this job, but I'll make photos of the job and post them here :-)

I've owned a 96 440 and yeah, mine rusted pretty badly in the rear wheel arches. Pretty strange that an older 340 didnt had those issues. At least mine didn't.
