Not only Vida, they made quite important mistakes to the Owner book at the p/s fluid and also at the car gross weight. Must have been a fresh graduate hire

My 2001 V70 T5M is Polar Arctic/Taupe or Oak. 175K Got it for a good price a few months ago.
I have never seen any other around here, though V70 N/A manuals show up a couple times a year on Craigslist.
V70R with M are much more common and I saw one in a parking lot the other day and there have been two for sale recently (each over $10K, yikes) and at least 6 in the last year.

Stumbled onto run rate INFOS in the Sticky section
Volvo made 75-100k of these cars per year, figure 40% came to States , and if 5% were manuals, That’s 2000 cars. They do last long time due to excellent corrosion protection.
I’ll wager that I have see every available colour in NY And MA where the average car count between Volvo averages 22, vs 200 based on random stats.
You may think you’re car is rare if you don’t be live in Volvohalla, but if you seek a particular combo of could and options, look back East

My 2001 V70T5m "had" cloth seats, no heated seats or headlight wipers. It was silver with a cargo rack and the 16" Metis wheels. Sunroof and the variable rear view mirror and the message panel that told the mpg. I forget what radio was in it, but would guess it had a cd player.
The cloth seats were great and probably one of the things I miss the most. Much more sporty than my current leather seats in my 2001 V70 2.4t wagon.
My current 2001 V702.4t has leather heated seats, but the base radio, standard rear view mirror and no message display. Still rocking the original transmission neutral control programing and loving it.

I looked at that one and it seemed like a good deal. Show the other side of the car and that would be one of the reasons why I passed on the wagon. Also if it would have had the larger Metis wheels found on many T5's, I might have bought it.
I had an 01 T5 wagon stick shift and loved it. Good luck with your T5.

A small dent on the fender, that’s about it.

OFF TOPIC a bit because it's a P80, NOT P2 like we're talking about in this thread, but interesting either way.

Eleven years ago I hung out with a guy here in Denver who had a 419 or 426 S70 T5M with Comet wheels. Nice guy, lost to the wind now.
