He can also help with the Vida install as he is a software engineer and knows the system very well. Good luck and keep us posted !! Like my transmission it can be down to one small solenoid which are easily found online.

He's not familiar with the Win10 install, he only uses Win7. He's a very nice guy.
But yesterday I ordered a cheap Win7Pro laptop, as I'll need to use the Vida several times to do the adaptation, etc, in case I need to change the solenoids. I really hope is it solenoids, not a clutch or pressure pump!
It's a very strange problem.. No slip 1st,2nd,3th gear, but it shows up on 4th,5th..
I'll let you know as soon as I receive the laptop (should be tomorrow)

I have the same almost the same problem. Is on a C70 2007, bought it with transmission problem according to the seller. Trying to fix that. The transmission will hit hard at some gears so , as someone advice here I put new fluid. I did a flush and of course use the mobil1 3309, that by the way I found it at 5 bucks at summit. So today I was very happy because first and reverse didn't feel a thing, very smooth, but when I got to 50...miles per hour and more than 2500 rpm that's when the car jumps and go to save mode (?) I think that's what its called. Then will work only on 2nd and 4th gear.
So it feels the gears are ok if they work with fluid. Again, the problem was and still is when go over 52 or 53 miles per hour.
I also like to add that I took it to a mechanic (friend) cause it had a leak on the rear main seal and torque convertor seal, and that is repaired.
If this is a solenoid problem , can I change the valve body???
I'm thinking to visit junk yard soon and try to buy the whole valve body
Thanks to everyone

So, finally got the diagonostic:
437: TCM-002F Lock-up function. Slipping or not engaged
Print
Diagnostic trouble code information
D4301826
Condition
The automatic transmission checks that lock-up is not engaged or slips by comparing the rpm signal from the transmission speed (rpm) sensor to the engine speed. The signals must then show the same calculated speed (rpm). If the control module detects that the engine speed (RPM) signals do not correspond with the programmed values, it means that lock-up is slipping or does not engage in the locked position. The diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored.
Substitute value
Control unit help program "Emergency mode I" has started to work.
Possible source
Poor quality transmission fluid.
Water in the oil.
Contact resistance in the connectors.
Gear shift solenoid S4 is jammed in OFF position.
Gear shift solenoid SLU is jammed in OFF position.
Mechanical fault in the gearbox.
What's your guys opinion?

I would drive the car for a week sub 53mph and let the new fluids circulate as the first step. Didn't you say you replaced the torque converter seal? thats a trans removal repair.
