You have a few good options for parts. That one should just be "intercooler hose" or maybe with the keyword "lower". FCP seems to have some decent looking aftermarket options.
FCP Euro is a pretty solid company and a site sponsor, they've always done right by me, even when they've messed up an order. I also really like eEuroParts, IPDUSA, and Volvo Parts Webstore (best for just Genuine OEM products).

Here are some options:
(1) $30, ships fast and great return policy, aftermarket (lower) quality I wouldn't choose it but some here would, https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo- ... 70-6842167
(2) $43 plus shipping for the same hose as (1) except it is the Volvo branded part, high quality, will not fail or deteriorate quickly https://parts.volvocarslisle.com/p/Volv ... 42167.html
(3) $170 for ALL intercooler hoses in silicone, these are not easy to install because they fit pretty tight, but this is a cost-effective way to replace the whole circuit with quality hoses that will last a long time. , ships fast and great return policy, https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo- ... -vol-97tbl
It is highly possible the rest of the intercooler hoses need replacing given the mileage on your car. They tend to turn to mush. For my car I would spend up for (3), or for all hoses currently mushy, at quality level as in (2).
The next intercooler hose to fail is usually this one ($18 in silicone): https://www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo- ... a-sh000601
and then this one ($115, Volvo branded part): https://parts.volvocarslisle.com/p/Volv ... 61093.html

I've got a '97 855 GLT (so the listed 6842167 part number may not be the same as what you are going to need), and replaced the lower intercooler hose last year. I bought it from Tasca parts. It fit great, as you would expect. Recommended!

1997 855 GLT (Light Pressure Turbo) still going strong. Previous: 1986 240 GL rusted out in '06, 1985 Saab 900T rusted out in '95, 1975 Saab 99 rusted out in '95, 1973 Saab 99 rusted out in '94

Mark - you want good clamps on that hose, not hardware store ones (Im guilty of using those)
Mine blew off one day in BOS and made me limp home. You want the hose clamps that are closed band - no cutting into the rubber allowed.
Saga here...I replaced the new open type with closed bands since.
