No, I'm not sure at all. Another bloke on another board said/suggested it meant the fuel controller.
I just reread an above post and it is said PCM = Power Control Module so it's "the same" as ECU or ECU.
My PPC reader used the term PCM.
The lady is still out of the country and the gas station owner says he left a message. This is the 3rd car of my dreams.

I'll never know how the interlinking of the codes this XC-90 had stored will pan out because while growing tired of the seller's absence of communication I found another vehicle.
Three days ago I spotted a 2005 Ford Ranger XF4 Extended Cab a neighbor was selling. This little pickup truck has "good everything"; cleanliness, new tires, rich service history, LOW mileage and connections to an entirely new bunch of people in my town.
Our DMV opened at 8:00AM today and the wee truck was in my name by 8:04.
We wanted a bit more capacity and my familiarity with the P2 platform made the XC-90 a natural.
However, this Ford will help us move stuff even better and will be much easier to sell when the time comes. We have truckless nieces who have already registered their jealousy. The one in Colorado might just come by to steal it.
Thanks for reading. I gotta go put plates on a truck. G&K
ps There's still a XC-90 base for sale at the Exxon station in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ
