I fit a 740 hood in the back of my V70 no problem back when I had my GLT and 740. Then again, P80 hoods are larger, I believe.

My preferred hood transport method is on roof (roof rack required) with pool noodles and ratchet straps.

I have a Volvo support vehicle with crane.

VW T4 Transporter.

I’ve had a lot of hoods inside, but few Boyz in the Hood.

Best to avoid that while driving a Transporter... you'll end up on Live PD Wanted.
