Forgot to add, new tires as well. Hankook Ventus V2 Concept 2. Less than 500 miles on them.

Magnaflow cat-back and yellow Bilsteins, but kept the stock springs. Enough ride height to get through the snow, plus enough travel to only hit bottom on the worst potholes, and no detectable roll or dive.

Such an amateur. I installed the heated roof rack option for when the children are misbehaving, as well as the ejection seats =P

I have a little 1 to 3 cig. lighter breakout and a Bluetooth to FM adapter that speaks chinglish. Works rather well.

At least two people in the forum will ask how much you want for those "like new" winter tires =P

I bought a 96 854r in august of last year for $900, and ive been going broke every month just trying to get the car to stage zero. Im learning the hard way that there is a reason I got the car so cheap lol. on the bright side tho, since ive been replacing almost everything that can be replaced, im learning a shit ton about these cars and how they work. So far, my favorite "mods" have been my tires (upgraded to 225/45r17 bf Goodrich g-force comp 2 tires, they rub at full lock :/ waiting on money to buy some 5 mm spacers to fix that but oh well), the bigger 3" silicone ipd intake pipe (kept the stock airbox system but dropped in an ipd panel filter, and replaced the pipe bc it had a leak), and the poly upper engine mounts. if your engine mount is totally torn through like mine was, when upgrading to the poly one, the car feels like night and day. I also swapped all the interior grab handles and dome light and sun visors for late model s70 ones, since the 850 ones are this really ugly beige with darker beige buttons, while the s/v70 ones are light gray with black buttons.
'94 854 NA 287k (bought for $400)
'98 s70 GLT 243k (bought for $250 currently non running)
'96 854R 173K (bought for $900)
'88 245 DL who knows (bought for $600)

IPD CBV diaphragm and blue spring on the turbo on the 99, a nice ooommmphhh on performance

Also IPD hd springs on rear, strut brace on front for a stiffer ride. Couple of people have driven my T5 and can’t believe how nice the power and handling are.
