VTL - Interesting DDD, I have an '04 XC70 and have wanted to read transmission temp etc. for a long time w/ Torque Pro on a spare Android phone, but I have never been able to find a list of custom PIDs to program into Torque. Can I extract the CAN PID's from you code? Have you tried reading any of those values w/ Torque before?

That headunit looks like it fits very well. did you have to modify the trim piece? I had a really hard time getting size specs on headunits and ended up taking a chance on a name brand unit. With an off brand unit i believe you could add a OBD2 app to show these things?

No trim filing besides "window" for the small touchscreen LCD on the left. All 3 Kenwood HUs I've had were fit w/o mods.
Yes, Kenwood supports iDataLink, which can read OBD PIDs. Which is not much, compared to the native Volvo protocol, but at least something.
