Hey thanks for this info! I never thought of that approach. But anywho.....I was at the station getting my printout of my 'EMMISIONS DIPLOMA' hahaha at 443pm EST.

Maybe someone else who sees this thread will benefit.

In VA there is a no emmisions needed after 25 years, so these cars are getting older and that day of no emmisions is getting closer!
