The last caliper I had installed by a dealership (2016?) was granted the lifetime warranty. Another caliper I had installed by the dealership years earlier (2013?) failed within one year and was replaced, but the lifetime warranty didn't exist then.
Then my car got totaled and I moved that new dealership caliper to my new one. Doubtful it's still under lifetime warranty.
