I believe they do.They are fitted on a spline. If they don't come off the new end cap with the resistor and brushes would not be of any use.

I have not looked on Ebay. In one of my threads I have listed Alibaba source I have bought from. They will not get here until some-time mid-May.

Usually a good clean of all the actuator and lock mechanism is all they need and swapping out the resistor for a piece of copper wire.

Yeah I saw your post to alibaba. Was hoping to find a supplier state side but oh well. I just assumed with all the Covid delays in china it would take a very long time to get here. But may isn’t so bad I guess. Seeing as I will soon have a extra I could fix that one, and swap out each one repairing the previous one and swapping.

Well today the first package arrived with the end plates that have the front bearings, motor contacts and the little thermo-resistor tile.

I will have to try fitting one of these to a motor at some point and then try and check they work. I have 2 used motors kicking around so I might take those apart and see if these fit or at least install the thermo-tile and see if the motors will work ok.

I would see if the whole end cap works but not sure if the worm gear comes off the motors.

I'll update when/is this happens. I also wonder if the tiles will work on the headlight wipers for those of us who use them?

Still waiting for the 2 motors I ordered but are supposed to be in country and on the way.

Well the x2 new motors are still AWOL in the great parcel system of life, allegedly it got to Canada Customs along with the other one on the same day and then disappeared somewhere. Good old Alibaba states I can't place a claim for a lost package until sometime in July (this year!!).

But I did get some good news in that the RHR (NLA) door actuator finally showed up after USPS lost it somewhere after leaving Carson, CA. Took them a month to start looking for it and now it has finally arrived! Insurance is no good on a NOS NLA part!

The world has slightly improved today!!

Well today was clearly my Birthday! The 2 AWOL door actuators I bought from AZGiant in China finally appeared today. Order was placed on 20th April and arrived 22nd June! The other order was placed the same day and arrived on 7th May!!

Well they look fairly well made and even came with a small sachet with grease for the 2 motors. I will eventually get around to fitting them and will let you know how it goes!
