Yeah I tried reinstalling VIDA to no avail. The laptop in question (Samsung NPQ680Z5E) is a newer 'thin an light type' designed to compete with Macbooks but running MSW. A bit of a pita to switch out the internal drive and no optical drive bay.

It's going again. But I couldn't tell you what the issue was. I did a deeper cleaning: Removed all traces of VIDA, SQL server, Isoview, and even the DICE device driver. Then concurrent runs of registry cleaner which catches all sorts of registry entries left behind by the uninstall of the mentioned programs.
Previously I just tried uninstalling VIDA through programs and features, which worked once in the past. But not this time.

The only thing I didn't touch was .net 3.5.

I do still have vida on the older clunky dedicated (offline) laptop, it needs the 2099 patch applied but otherwise if an 'emergency' pops up it's probably the only machine/vida installation I should count on to work anytime-forever.

I used "Uninstall a program" tool from Control Panel, and then freshly installed VIDA, then patch 2014D. After the VIDA Monitor turns green, the All-in-one launches fine. The interface shows VIDA 2014D at the login page -- all good from there.

PROBLEM: For Vehicle Profile 2013A XC90, AME, I'm able to access stuff under INFORMATION tab. But under REPAIR dropdown ENGINE > 219 - Auxiliary Belt Drive, etc, is missing, hence no instruction for removal and installing of drive belt, tensioner and idler. SEARCH for "Belt" pulls group 219, parts, diagram, etc.

- Do you see 219 in your VIDA 2014D?
- Can you share the Group 219 instruction?

It is Accessory Drive Belt under TRANSMISSION, group 215.

Can VIDA be installed on Windows 10 Pro Operating System (64bit)? I tried installing 2014D but get this error

"The operating system on this computer is not supported. VIDA only supports Windows 7 Pro (32 bit and 64 bit)"

I've searched and tried installing for days with no luck. I tried that Red PAck link but it let me to Chinese Spam.

Chinese is a language not spam.

To download the Repack, you need to have a bittorrent client installed. Then click on the Magnetic link. For a bittorrent client, my recommendation is qBittorrent.

The link is still working. If you are looking at the page translated the line is:

I got VIDA installed now. I installed the patch but still won't accept ADMIN , 1, 2, 3, 4 as a username?

"Unknown error: Please contact your local helpdesk..."

Do the patch files get put into 'C:\VIDA\Patch' folder?

When you run the patch destination folder should be c:\
