Pcv, breather box help

So I finally had a shop look at this car for me. They say no compression on cylinder 1. But I did a compression and leak down test on the car before I ever messed with the timing and everything looked fine. But now i know the timing is off but no compression in just cylinder 1?
Havent checked myself yet but I have no reason not to believe them. Pictures are in the thread.

No compression or low compression ?
I would try a leak down, apply compressed air to #1, rotate engine by hand to see if it builds pressure when all valves close on that cyl.
That would prove its the timing .
