Yes. That is NOT a radiator hose!! That pipe is NOT connected to your radiator but the turbo intercooler which sits in front of the radiator.

THE ECU hose is a small 1" black hose with a corrugated section in the middle that fits into the back of the fan shroud on the passenger side and runs over to the ECU box.

I have a later model so my pipes are different or I could post pictures to clarify.

From what I can see all your radiator hoses are connected already. They are all black hoses and there are normally only 2. One to the bottom of the radiator below the battery tray area. and the other comes out at the other diagonal corner at the top rear of the radiator and runs to the thermostat. There may be a small diameter pipe that runs from the area near the top pipe and runs to the coolant header tank. That is it for your radiator for engine cooling. I don't want to complicate it further, but there are up to 4 other small 1/2" pipes that can come off the back of a radiator on a 850 turbo. 4 for an automatic trans and 2 for a manual standard. Don't worry about those for now. Let's sort the cold air/intercooler pipes first.

That BLACK plastic hose connects between the 2 BLUE hoses. Try it and see if they all then make it to the throttle body mouth.

Confused ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿซ

So first tell me what I connect the throttle body to, the black plastic tube coming down over the engine or the one coming up?

I think I'm starting to understand, so after the throttle body connection. The blue hose coming out of the radiator goes into the black pipe coming up? Or reverse of what I just said.

Throttle body connects to the 3" diameter BLUE hose. The other end of the BLUE hose connects to the BLACK plastic hose. That should then connect to the BLUE hose coming out of the top of the intercooler.

I can't make it any simpler. You can do the reverse. Stick the black hose into the blue hose from the middle above the radiator and take a picture. Then stick one end of the 90 degree BLUE hose onto the other end of the BLACK plastic hose and take a picture.

Let's see what that does for you.

Is that pipe you have sort of " U ' shaped ? If so, that is the pipe that goes to the top of your intercooler. The intercooler sits a little higher than the radiator, so it might look like it's closest to the engine, when as Scott stated it's actually in the middle. Referencing your first pic in your 2:23 post, that blue hose is connected to your intercooler. The " U " shaped pipe connects to that hose, and then to the odd hose that also connects to your IAC ( the one you were holding on page 1 ), and then to your throttle body. The two metal pipes in pic 2:49, are connected together by another hose. That is your turbo to the bottom of your intercooler line. Air box is fed by an oval sort of tube going to the front grill as mentioned before. Looks like you have all of the parts, except the air box tube.
And keep that trans dipstick seated. You really don't want any dirt / dust getting in there. No replaceable filter.

Great news and bad ๐Ÿ˜ž
I got all the hoses right but she won't start she cranked 3 times and the 3rd time she made a soft cough/clunk sound.
Any ideas?

She was sitting front end up like 3 or 4 feet for like 2 months probably a little more.

I checked oil the top was a smidge of milk but smelled normal like old Volvo, gas and oil.

Probably need more history / info to figure out the no start. Nothing to do with your hoses.
What started all of this ? Was the car running before ? What have you tinkered with ?

It all started when I hit a divet on a dirt road I was going about 15 or 20 way to fast I know, but launched the front end up about 2 to 4 feet and came back down and snapped the CV axle clean of from the rotor hub. Limped her home about four miles, got home and I put her in park but was curious and shifted it into reverse heard the worst sound of grinding metal scared the crap outta me shifted back into park and shut her down for a few months untill I got the parts. Said f it and bought about a grand worth of parts.
