Can anyone out there help me?!

It seems like I've been looking for answers everywhere, I MEAN EVERYWHERE IPD, FCP Euro, Swedespeed, partsgeek, parts pelican, rockauto, I can go on. I've literally talked my dang head off with chats to them all. No one seems to know.

So here's my problem/s...
1. My 850's PCV system has been rewritten.(completely)

2. The whole original turbo set up from the factory is gone and the vacuum tree is not in use.

3. The MAF sensor and upper tubing sits on top of the Air box. The lower tubing is two pieces joined together to meet up with the throttle body and and idle valve control module. (Which I think is the only piece connected to the vacuum tree.)

4. I made a novice error of not taking pictures when disassembling the intake manifold, so I have no clue where my radiator top hose goes. Because I'm pretty sure I have a very sneaky snake around here, parts are randomly missing 🫥(yes I organized and took notes). So I have no clue what's missing and what goes where It is like it's magic . And that's just the start.

4) However, top radiator hose (assuming it is using a standard layout either OE or aftermarket) Should come out the top left of the radiator when viewed from the driver's seat, and run almost straight back to the thermostat housing which is on the LH end of the engine (passenger side front of cylinder head) where it connects. Only about 12-15" long so struggle to understand why you can't see it.

Pelican parts has a bunch of how-to's and this one is on radiator replacement. In it you can see in figures 4 and 5 the position of the top radiator hose:

1)I don't understand what you mean by your PCV system has been 'totally rewritten'?? Did you mean to say it has been totally replaced?
If so what is the actual issue? I am fairly sure there is a 'How-to' on MVS for the full process. In fact here it is:

3) No idea what you mean. The standard position for the MAF is attached to the top half of the airbox on the engine side with a plastic corrugated hose which runs down to the turbo at the back of the engine. There is a hose or 2 that comes off that from what is called the PTC nipple and one runs back to the oil trap. There are some variations on that but pictures of what is going on will help.

2) Do you mean the turbo has been removed? If so it may be someone has dropped in a NA (non-turbo engine) as that is how that description reads to me.

My thermostat sits on R-H side by the incoming fuel rails from gas tank

Maybe another pic from further back, so we can see the intercooler piping....or lack of.

And as for my positive crankcase ventilation system, it was easy getting to it, the problem was it was not even hooked up, I did all that effort taking off the intake and hoses for nothing.

In your first pic, the bottom of the air box connects to the front grill with an oval plastic corrugated tube. Junkyard part.
Throttle body should be connected to the intrecooler via the blue hose in your last pic.
The straight pipe in the second pic coming off the MAF is probably a replacement for the factory corrugated one. Junkyard part.
