I overcharged my xc90 and now it wont start,electrical problems

So just to update a mobile mechanic aquaintance stopped by and I got the diagnostic codes.
Hes not volvo specific but concurs that it could be the cem or ecm.

Im still not sure if I should have it towed to Secor Volvo(more experienced with volvos) in new london,ct $236 tow charges later to have them say yeahs its the cem or ecm and its gonna cost a lot to fix.But there could be a possibiltiy its something simple.My moms v70 mobilizer warning popped up on her message screen and she couldnt start and she brought it to Secor it only cost 275 to fix. My message screen does not say that though and my circumstances are much different with me using the manual charger and messing things up

Or hire my the mobile mechanic-he said it would require some research on his end to figure this out. At least he can do it in my driveway.

Anyways I'm currently used car shopping so Im gonna tackle that purchase first and then decide what to do with the xc90. Unless those codes can help anybody on this forum decide what I could try next to get it started.

I spent a few minutes trying to correlate those codes, this is what I come up with in VIDA:

710B: equates to a CEM-3F84 or 85, see attached from VIDA for the 84 (fault or low-no signal).

You still have an issue with UEM? I'm surprised you don't report any bus errors from the readout and I'm surprised if the remote works (thought UEM has some say with remote. A part of me wants to say the CEM is honked up but maybe there's something in the diagnostic descriptions that could help with the problem, especially with the transponder error potential complicators.

I might be wrong on the 710B interpretation, the key word immobilizer addresses just those two codes as far as I could see. And I'm just taking a guess.
