850 N/A car will not start, no sparks from 2 plug wires

New to all of this but sounds like the car's ECU is in limp-home mode.Once you pull the codes you should be all set.Long pauses are zeros just to let you know.I learned that the hard way.Good luck!!!!

Anyone understand my dilema?

Unless you want to drop a lot of money on repairs i suggest you buy a Haynes Manual.You have the codes.To make sure your taking them down right have patience...they eventually repeat so do it over and over again until you see a pattern.Somebody has a link on here that lets you download the manual for free.I have to go play with my mess but it's on here somewhere.I bought mine from Autozone.Have patience with the manual the 93 can have different packages 4.3,3.2........don't worry so much most of the codes are universal......I bet your Volvo was having some serious fuel consumption issues right before it broke down.I haven't messed with the RPM sensor or oxygen sensor but that's what the codes seem to say your Volvo is telling you.I'm new to this so don't be surprised if i'm wrong.Good Luck!!!!!
