Ok, now for an up date, I did what wheelsup suggested for a stop gap measure hoping my oil leak would stop, it didn't. :( This morning I once again tore off the intake manifold and pulled off the flame trap just to be sure the two holes in the block were indeed clean and clear, they are! I have to be missing something here?

Also I have noticed that if I remove the hose from the top of the head, (the one that goes down to the trap) I have a lot of vapor coming out of there as well, more than out of the dip stick. please more HELP , Kent.

You need to empirically measure whether you actually have any meaningful positive pressure at the dipstick. You probably do not. I have worked on cars that I initially looked at and smoke/vapor was streaming out of the dipstick, but upon putting a pressure gauge on it there was no actual pressure - wouldn't move the needle at all. You probably just have a RMS leak, period. I have been through it and so has almost eberybody who's taken one of these to 200k and most well before that. Just have the guy at the garage put a pressure gauge on the dipstick. If you have pressure, then we have a puzzle.

If your ptc idle vacuum source (smaller hose) is going to top of the engine to metal pipe under spark plug cover then you may have clogged metal pipe.
My '94 855 had clogged pipe and was smoking like train. I just ran small vacuum hose from ptc nipple to vacuum tree and no more smoke at all.
