It will be most informative if you can report the codes that go with the CELs.
What engine/turbo combination did you put in the1 car, and which injectors? While we're at it, which plugs, wires, cap and rotor (since misfires are likely codes here).
I would check the CBV diaphragm, if you haven't already. They get old and non-pliable and develop cracks that give boost leaks at high RPMs.
