V70 AWD 1998 Problem After Refurbished Driveshaft Installed

The previous owner was good to it. I really haven't dug into it yet, but I think I want to do the SAS delete, And probably drop the rear drive shafts to refurbish them. Or leave them out?

It does look good inside and out. New tires, brakes. Non smoking vehicle, Although I sometimes smoke when I drive. (not anywhere else these days. Strange.)

Anyway, I have not driven it enough yet to sufficiently diagnose all of its issues. I had decided to trailer it home when feeling a fuel starvation. The tank was overfilled and I think it may have caused a vapor lock of some sort.

I plan on siphoning maybe 5 gallons or so and moving from there.
I do like it though.
