It is. When at 10-20% throttle it goes smooth. After that it goes in gear with a bit of a bang. It's shifting to fast.

What can it be? The turbometer is at 0.6 bar. 10lbs?
Sounds normal to me, but I'll let others chime in. Shifts above 3000 RPM on my car were never smooth. Not a bang, but a definite jerk to it.

About all I'd have to check would be lower and upper engine mounts (rubber ones - above the valve cover and below the crankshaft pulley), firewall torque mount, transmission mount, subframe mounts, and the two hydraulic engine ones. You said you replaced some, but it was unclear which exactly.

I replaced the one above the transmission, underneath it and the one at the timing belt.

The two hydraulic ones. (This is actually a picture of the old one and the new one.)

Found out that when I put the transmission in Sport mode it shifts much smoother.
What could that be?

From the video, it seems like it's shifting OK for a 20 year old car. My T5 would be about the same, and I've also got new upper and lower torque mounts. As for the Sports/Econ mode difference, I usually run mine in sport, since that's the most efficient when there are actually grades, not just flat land. :D I find it's smoother in Sport as well, for some reason.

The best thing you could do, probably, is to see if there's any codes set in the TCM. If there are no fault codes, no blinky arrows, no worn mounts etc, then chances are that things are working like they're designed to do. The next thing to also think about is your own driving style. Are you doing something unconsciously when the shifting happens? Anticipating, perhaps, and letting off/getting on when it's about to shift?

Thanks,

Jep, no fault codes(Checked it with Brickdiag and VAG cable), no blinky arrows and no worn mounts. :( Driving style is normal. I'm driving it the same as our V70 2.4 (2001) 5-speed aut.

I saw someone here who replaced the capacitors in the TCM. That should make a difference to. I've got two different TCM's. Both with the same 5.3 code on it. (One is from a T-5R)
I'm thinking of replacing the capacitors on it. After 20 years my home computer has also bad caps. :-)

Sometimes it looks like, when it's shifting it goes instantly in lock-up.

If someone has a another suggestion please say it! :)

Update: found out that the transmission fluid pressure is missing 0.5 bar.
What could be the problem? bad oil?

Low fluid level, internal seals, filter etc... are you sure you have the right amount of ATF in there?

Yes, I'm sure it has enough fluid.

Whats the viscosity of the original Volvo oil? Now I've flushed with this oil: http://www.ardeca-lubricants.be/en/oilp ... 13/?p=1113

The ATF itself looks like it shouldn't be a problem, but how exactly did you "flush" it?
