If you have a Dice and a laptop with internet I can put you in touch with forum user Yagger who can program that switch to suit your car.....no need to install Vida. Best to have Team Viewer 11 fully installed as he needs to install another component to the Team Viewer to open up a coms port for data transfer.
If you have Vida/Dice running you can simply plug in the old switch, read the software versions in Network and buy a used switch that matches these software versions. Of course you'll need to buy the used switch first ....
