Thanks guys, I found a swivel extension for the socket right after I posted my comment.

You should have lubricated the motor bushings while you were there.DianaPrince wrote: ↑18 May 2019, 17:22 Thanks guys, I found a swivel extension for the socket right after I posted my comment.

Who knows, not thinks, not guesses, not maybe, where a VIDA device is for sale that can turn on/off, adjust the afterblow function on an 09 S60?
The blower motor resistor is already changed, the charging system 100%, no other parasitic drain.
Been using deep cycle batteries designed for this type of discharge.
Know how, already do and would rather change my cabin filter regularly than put in new batteries.
The afterblow starts about 30-45 min after shutoff but runs in excess of 60 mins. Because of my short multiple driving cycles during the day this causes the afterblow to put a severe strain on my battery.
Anyone who answer this question is thanked in advance.

You have a parasitic drain somewhere. CEM will not start afterblow if the battery is weak.
I use AGM battery, the one I got in 2012. Short distances now as well, but all is good. Search for parasitic drain. Failed alarm siren is a common problem that drains the battery.
Afterblow is for mildew prevention, filter will not help with that. Afterblow is good. DiCE can turn it on and off, but you need to pay for 3 days VIDA Online subscription. Though, again, the real problem is a parasitic drain, not afterblow.
