Waste gate and/or hoses.

Happy to hear you fixed it. What I also found that vacuum hose length to the TCV can magnify such issues. If you keep them as short as possible the boost regulation will respond much faster, also allowing you to set a higher pretension on the Wastegate.Jaumme wrote: 26 Jul 2019, 19:20 Today I replaced the tcv, I installed a newer model (pierburg), the boost is no more spiking it keeps stable but I still see It a bit lowish, tomorrow will install a boost gauge and see how much it's really boosting.
How much psi should a t5 boost in normal conditions?
