Thank you. I didn't know that that's how the coolant flowed through that pipe. When installing new banjo bolts do I need to line them up so the hole in the bolt is facing the hole in the pipe?

No, a banjo will flow no matter the orientation.

Technically, since there are two, they are dualing banjos

So i replaced the pcv coolant hose, breather box, coil packs, and the spark plugs and the car is still telling me I have a p0300, p0301, p0302, p0304. Which is misfires. But how can I replace all that and still have this problem?

What are you using to pull codes?
I assume it is running very poorly, or barely at all?
You’ve ensured that all the wires that go to the coils aren’t pinched or severed somewhere?
I suspect there are other codes that you may not be able to see, if using a basic reader.

Replaced the spark plugs, coil packs, coil pack wire harness, checked injectors, wired in new fuel rail wire harness. Problem still persists. Codes. P0300, p0301, p0302, p0304
Thinking head gasket needs replacing.

And cleaning that manifold really makes a difference. Before and after pics.

What did you use to clean the intake manifold? It sure looks great.

I used my drills. I have 3 I altered between and about 3 hours of cleaner and brushing. I used a couple wire brush attachments, actual wire brushes for those hard to reach areas and some chemicals. Here's a couple pictures of what I used. Gunk for outside, carb for inside.

I have a couple questions for you.
I can’t tell on the coils; I tried zooming in on the high resolution images but I can’t quite make out if there is any writing on the tops of the coils. If they are no-name-brand/Chinese cheap coils, they will be blank & I would not be surprised if one or more of them are dead right out of the box. Also, what did you go with for plugs?

Now, before you buy more coils, have you checked your compression? Did you take a close look at your injectors, & possibly clean them?

From the looks of it you are doing very meticulous work, nice job on the wire loom!
Also, nice job on the intake plenum! Most of mine have mouse piss & years of ugly stuff on them
