* intake and throttle body gasket.
* Maff sensor
* Iac valve
* spark plugs, new rotor wires and dist cap, air filter.
* TPS
* ECU
* all boost hoses and vacume lines checked and re checked.
* fuel injector rail, fuel injectors and injector o rings.
* Fuel pump today, new filter 9 months ago.
Nothing seems to solve the problem. Now what seems very odd is that the car would sit and idle all day as long a one of the injectors is unplugged. As soon as u plug in all five injectors it runs smooth for 10 seconds or so then seems to choke itself out. when it starts to idle rough and is about to die unpluggingg any one injector will restore it to idiling. It revs fine off 4 cylinders as well. To me that just doesn't make any sence.... And on top of it all while the car is running off 4 cylinders disconecting the intake hose (boost hose) fromthe manifold makes the car idle much better.
with the key in position 2 both wires going into the injectors show to be live with a test light. However when the car is running only the wire to the left (standing in front of the car) tests live. I am not sure if this is normal, maybe i have a wiring issue. srry for the long post just very confused!
