I bought my 2002 from its original owner at 70,000 miles.
I owned it over 130,000 miles (nearly 9 years) and sold it with 198,600 miles.

Your survey is a tad vague.
An A/C clutch should be separate from "A/C compressor".
Axle boots should be separate from "Axle shafts".
My upstream O2 sensor went out, not "O2 sensors".

I know it's difficult to design an "error free" survey. Perhaps columns for "perceived" Common Maintenance vs. Broke Too Soon is in order?
Then you'd have to have a "Did you buy cheap parts?" column. Kira

Everything I listed was done by the P.O. except for the ignition lock cylinder. The Car Gods saved that one for me at 69,779 miles.
Struts and spring seats
Fuel pump
Fuel door hinge
Camshaft reset valve
One sway bar link
One tie rod end
One CV boot
Fuel pressure sensor
Front brake hoses
Upper engine mount
Rear exhaust bracket
An unspecified PCV hose
"Rear lamps" TWICE! (struck me as odd)
The P.O. went through 3 complete brake jobs (I consider that mere maintenance)

Also, I gotta love that the brake fluid was flushed twice and the transmission was "B&G flushed" at the dealership.

Didn't see the PNP switch mentioned.

She said it was like driving in 4th gear, hitting something and dropping down into 1st. A transmission service light came on too.

My code reader reset whatever it was mad about. The car drove fine for a few more months then it did it again. Reset the code and bought the part right after that. FCP Euro has them.

Hooo boy... 2005 V70R M6. In the last year and a half ( because I love the car ) 244K I've had to change.. Hood latch cable, parking brake cables, front link kits, head gasket, (includes head planning, valve stem seals, timing belt, serpentine belt, water pump, PCV, etc..)
AWD Haldex module with the pump, (XeModex) alternator, (why not?) replaced the Xenon lights to LED, (ballast for Xenon was more expensive), coolant tank and cap, front top plates for the shocks, and the turbo cooling pipe, (trombone), all four brake discs + pads, and the partridge in a pear tree. And just this week the lights went out for the FOUR-C (SUM) I really must love the car...

Yeah these cars do need such attention (unless they are left to degrade). On your list I'd say the only less common item is the head gasket but again, being an R which must have took some legal abuse it is to be expected at these miles - being a Canadian Car I expect 244K to be km?, even so this only shows how long lasting these cars are, 240k km is the average mileage of cars in the scrap yard.

The 4c shocks maybe it's just one of them? Or the module ? (xemodex)

244k km is barely broken in ;)

I'd never replace the xenons though. They're really awesome expecially with an extra 55 W xenon in the high beam socket. And I'd never pass inspection again if I did..
