The main reason I say that is, my dipstick had NO smoke at all. Pulled the box and the system was is very bad shape. Lower port clogged 80%, upper one clogged 25%.

Just took her for a spin and its running great. I replaced the oil cap seal and dipstick tube gasket. After the cruise, I popped the hood and behold OIL spewed everywhere again :( ive replaced the oil trap, cleaned the ports and heard bubbling when I blew into the ports. I replaced all the vacuum lines and cleaned the PTC nipple. Ive cleaned everything and its still blowing oil and smoke from the tube, any idea's? ? ?

From where?
Dipstick?

How oil escapes through new o-rings from dipstick?

If o- rings are appropriate...the bad engine would make so much pressure that it would force out dipstick out from it's tube.Oil could not pass through new dipstick seals without forcing out a dipstick.

I wonder if any of pcv system hoses are pinched somewhere during installation and could that be a reason for oil forcing through dipstick.

It's either that or the piston rings or headgasket.Bad headgasket doesn't always mean oil in coolant or vice versa.

How did you replaced dipstick o-rings if you actually don't have a dipstick handle at all? Those rings fits onto a handle. :!:
