Did you read the section titled:

561 ECU Workaround: Swap the Relay and Not the ECU

This may be a solution to your problem.

I did... Read it about 10 times. Trying to kick it around in my head,am more of a visual type I guess. I did wire in a momentary 20A push button and ran wires up thru the mid console and put it between the cig lighter and rear window defrost. Looks as if it belongs,and from now until who knows when it will belong. Push of the button and thrn of the key and its all fixed ish.

Also was still wondering if anyone else has the noisy as hell FP relay?? New one and old like a rattler?

The relay isn't getting a good ground circuit from the ECU.
