Problem is fixed.I sent the 13.00 junkyard CEM with original one to Total autotech in California Thursday afternoon and received it back today on Monday. fast turn around since i'm in NY. put the new/used programmed one in, put in relays and it starts and run perfect. everything works. Thanks for everyone's help in pointing us in the right direction. and thanks to Total autotech, (Proautofix on ebay). for less then 200 bucks it saved the old volvo from the scrap yard. Thanks again. made the kid very happy.
