On S60 - yes, but only up to 10 years, with a different CEM design.
Volvo S40, V40, V50, V60, S60, S80, V70, XC60, XC70, XC90, C30, C70 - Р1, Р2, Р3, 1998 - 2016 - language replacement DIM, ICM, PHM.

cracker always finds first two correct, on some version 3td is wrong
maybe it's possible modify code:
if cracking PIN code fail, brute force with first two and 3td use next closest candidate
if you understand what I mean.

I sometimes don't see the right byte in the first 25 candidates (out of 100).

for CAN I use max3051 (3.3V), powered direct from teensy (max 250mA), https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/card10a_rev2_web.pdf
max3051 maximum current 70mA x 2 = 140mA (https://datasheets.maximintegrated.com/ ... AX3051.pdf)

gerber and box for 3D attached
I can open the gerber file off pcb but cant insert it on page like https://www.seeedstudio.com/fusion_pcb.html for manufaction?. do you have more info on the other parts on that board. maybe links for software if you want to share that info

I had to translate the Russian part of the files name to English before I could load and render on one of the websites ... Unrecognised character error.

Looking ahead in hope of finalizing my hardware.

Q1. Is the K-line going to go on CTX3/CRX3 ( Pads 30 & 31 0n the back ) or CTX4/CRX4 pins 11 & 13?
( I am assuming PJRC misprinted the pinout CTX4/CRX4 as a second set of CTX1/CRX1 for the FlexCAN libary information).

Q2. Third CAN Bus transciver needed for the K-Line?
