Well I just retorqued my wheels back to spec, just as I promised all the way back on page 1. I'll report the results...

A common problem is that the caliper pins freeze and won't allow the brake pad to retract. This causing heat build up on the rotor which causes it to warp. Take a look at the pads to see if they are wearing evenly on both sides of the rotor. You may want to replace the caliper as well when the time comes.
