Hy Fox,
I had a discussion with a friend today, about the torques and how much for which. He send me these pages. I hope do not make a fault with the MVS forum rules by publishing them. If so, tell me, or delete the post.

Hy buddies,
Today was a great day. I've started Blue 's lifting, or stage zero as I should say more precisely.
But at first my day issu. I was unable to plug off the back of the fuel filter, and of course it brake. It's the part with the pressure cap that stand between the reservoir and the fuel filter.
Does someone know the name of this part and where I could order it , It should start from the fuel pump I think...
I need also to replace the "steels parts" that act on the gearbox : Some of my tools. I have some a little everywhere. But this is my volvo rescue box (like a happy meal, but with true Volvos parts in it)...
What did I discover today.
Engine oil : Doctor Strange color... Brakes
I've changed the ignition (wires, spark plugs, filters, etc...)
I've changed also the oil gasket.
I need to change the screws, I think ...
I've also replace engine oil + filter, the cabin filter, PCV Kit.
Tomorrow is another day, gearbox oil replacement, ad try to find this gasoline hors, with your help.

Yo,
Does someone know if the fuel tank on the estate and the sedan are screwed the same way ? I can't pull off my hose, and I think I'm going to unscrew the fuel tank. I've found a board on VPWebsto' but indicates only the board for the sedan.
Any advice will be well welcome.

Should be, but I do recommend getting the hoses off without dropping the tank. The o-rings bite down hard after 20+ years, so twist the connector to loosen them, then depress the locking ring and pull up. You have to get the locking mechanism to release, but it’s not always easy. There’s a few not so old posts about that, with some graphics, so do a search before you embark on craziness.

Hy Sommerfeldt,
Thanks for replying. The thing is that I can't extract the pressure hose in a sens or in another, because there is not much enough space because the size of the pressure hose head. While I was trying to move it, the pressure valve putted itself and get wrong. I have to add the space taken by others hoses and wiring... That's the reason why I think about moving down (a little) the fuel tank.
But as a newbie, I listen to advices : I will look in posts on this forum.
Manov.

No need to drop the tank for this.
Unlock the connector for hose...wiggle it a bit,pry it of with a flat screwdriver while you keep it unlocked and it will release.
* Tanks are the same for wagons and sedans...excluding AWD.

Thanks Misha,
The issue is that the pressure valve of the pressure hose is blocked somewhere between the fuel pump aero and the inside wheel place. I've unscrewed the suspension thinking I would have more room but at the end, not.
I will test your method.

I'm not sure what you mean by the pressure hose being blocked - did you get the connector off? If not, I found one of the threads I was thinking about: viewtopic.php?t=60329
Take a look there before you pull more pieces off.
